Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making confined-space.com usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.

Our Commitment

We want confined-space.com to be usable by the widest possible range of visitors, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology. We aim to align this site's design with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including practices like semantic headings, skip-to-content navigation, sufficient color contrast, and text-based (not image-only) contact and provider information.

What This Means in Practice

  • Contact details, the provider's legal name and address, and certificate information appear as real, selectable text, not embedded in images.
  • Pages include a "Skip to content" link and use heading structure to support screen-reader navigation.
  • We are working continuously to improve color contrast, focus indicators, and form labeling across the site.

Course Platform Accessibility

The learning management system that hosts course content itself is operated by HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC, not confined-space.com directly. If you need an accommodation to complete a course (extended time, alternate format, or assistive-technology compatibility issue), contact us and we'll coordinate with HAZWOPER OSHA Training's support team on your behalf.

Known Limitations

As with most websites, some third-party embedded tools (for example, the live chat widget or payment form) are built and maintained by outside vendors, and their accessibility is outside our direct control. We push for accessible options where we can and welcome feedback on any barrier you encounter.

Report a Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site or in a course, contact us at info@hazwoper-osha.com or 1-866-429-6742. Please include the page or course, the assistive technology you were using, and what happened, so we can investigate and fix it.

This statement describes an ongoing effort, not a certification of full conformance. We update this page as accessibility improvements are made.
