Employer & Compliance Tool

Verify a Certificate

How employers, general contractors, project owners, and compliance teams can confirm that a confined-space.com certificate of completion is genuine before accepting it as proof of training.

How Verification Works

Every certificate of completion issued through HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC, the provider that delivers confined-space.com's courses, carries a unique certificate ID. Enter that ID (and the student's name, if prompted) on HAZWOPER OSHA Training's certificate verification tool to confirm the course, completion date, and training hours on record.

What You'll Need

  • The certificate ID printed on the certificate (format similar to CS-AW-000000)
  • The student's full name as it appears on the certificate

What Verification Confirms — and What It Doesn't

A successful verification confirms that a specific student completed a specific course by a specific date through HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC. It does not mean OSHA certified the student, approved the course, or issued a license, and it does not by itself confirm the student is qualified for every duty on your specific site. See our full Credential Transparency page for the complete breakdown, and our Certificate Policy for issuance and validity details.

Can't Find a Certificate?

If a certificate doesn't verify, or you need help locating one, contact us at info@hazwoper-osha.com or 1-866-429-6742 with the student's name, course, and approximate completion date.

OSHA does not certify, approve, or endorse this course or any individual training provider. This page and the linked tool document completion of training content, not an OSHA-issued credential.
