How the guides, FAQ, and blog content on confined-space.com are researched, written, sourced, and corrected.
Who Writes This Content
Safety and compliance guidance on this site (regulatory guides, FAQ answers, and blog posts) is written and reviewed with input from HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC's instructional team of occupational safety and health instructors, drawing on their applied experience and the underlying OSHA standards. This is separate from the graded course content itself, which is covered by our Curriculum Review Policy.
Sourcing Standard
Regulatory claims are sourced to the primary standard whenever possible, primarily 29 CFR 1926 Subpart AA, 29 CFR 1910.146, and official guidance published on osha.gov. Where a page states a specific requirement, we aim to link directly to the section of the regulation it comes from. Where OSHA does not set a specific number (for example, a universal refresher interval), we say so explicitly rather than implying one exists.
What We Won't Do
- We don't describe this training as "OSHA certified," since OSHA does not certify, approve, or endorse private training providers or courses.
- We don't publish fabricated or paid testimonials, case studies, or reviews. See our Reviews page for how we currently handle that.
- We don't present marketing claims as regulatory fact, or blur the line between what a certificate documents and what OSHA requires. See Credential Transparency.
Corrections
If you find outdated regulatory information, a broken official link, or an error anywhere on this site, tell us at info@hazwoper-osha.com or 1-866-429-6742 and we'll review and correct it. Substantive corrections update the "Last reviewed" date on the affected page.
